Introduction

The Double degree of Bachelor of Commerce with the Bachelor of Advertising and Marketing Communication degree provides a creative and flexible program of studies in business, marketing and communication and it is consistent with educational best practice. Students will study for the 商学学士 first and are able to choose from traditional and emerging business domains such as accountancy, banking and financial services, economics, entrepreneurship, financial planning, human resource management, information systems, international business, and marketing, and then achieve a good grounding in communication, advertising and marketing communication.

The aim of the Double degree of a 商学学士 combined with a Bachelor Advertising and Marketing Communication program is to develop business professionals who have the relevant knowledge and skills for admission to their respective professional communities but who are also equipped to solve problems within a multi-disciplinary business environment. Graduates will appreciate their chosen discipline in the context of the wider social, legal, economic and political environment and will have a high level of generic attributes and skills, consistent with the expectations of the University and the wider professional community.

The course is structured in such a way that it allows students to exit after three years with a 商学学士 degree.

商学学士: This course is accredited by CPA Australia and the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ). The Financial Planning major is accredited by the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA).

Students will be able to join the Australian Marketing Institute as Associate members and the marketing major will count towards the CPM (Certified Practicing Marketer) qualification by the AMI (Australian Marketing Institute).
